Trouble Sleeping was founded by Dr Lindsay Browning in 2006 to help people of all ages overcome their sleeping difficulties.
Dr Browning offers tailored advice for people of all ages, from children to adults, including CBT-I, sleep hygiene and advice about sleep disorders.
In addition to face to face consultations at the Berkshire based private practice, help is available all over the country via Skype and telephone. Dr Browning also offers talks and workshops for businesses and organisations such as schools, universities and hospitals about improving sleep and wellbeing. Group therapy sessions and workshops are also available.
Dr Browning specialised in insomnia at the University of Oxford and also has a degrees in Neuroscience and Psychology. She is a Chartered Psychologist and a Fellow of the British Psychological Society, a member of the British Sleep Society and a member of the American Academy of Sleep Medicine.
