Katie presents bespoke conference sessions and corporate workshops for a wide range of audiences as well as leading ‘Be Calm, Be Happy’ 6 weeks mindfulness courses and regular meditation classes in the South Manchester area.
She volunteers as a Facilitator for Yew Tree, Heart of Manchester and Stockport Sanghas, comprised of people from all faiths who practice Mindful Living in the Plum Village tradition led by Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh.
Katie holds a Masters degree in Education, a Post Graduate Certificate in Learning and Teaching in Higher Education, and is a Fellow of The Higher Education Academy.
Having used mindfulness to help her recover both physically and emotionally from cancer treatment in 2015, she created a free gratitude app called ‘Appreciating Windowsills’ that you can download from her website at www.soulnutrition.org
