Sophie is a qualified Sophrologist who supports people in dealing with stressful situations and help them build their resilience. Her previous career in the media industry means that she has gained a deep understanding of what it is to be under pressure in a competitive environment with high executives.
Through her own journey of self-develoment with Sophrology, she discovered that one can efficiently build inner resources of calm and confidence in order to deal with all sorts of challenges and reveal one’s true potential.
After practising Sophrology for many years, Sophie decided to train and graduated from the Sophrology Academy. She was immediately given opportunities to work with experienced Sophrologists as well as continuing to passionately expand her knowledge notably around sleep, burn out and its prevention, Sophrology for children and self-development.
